Theoretical and legal advantages of the concept of digital financial assets over various forms of money

Abstract
The authors consider the advantages of the concept of digital financial assets, in particular the digital ruble, over other forms of money. The existing approaches to the implementation of the system of data privacy and consumer protection in the use of the digital ruble by individuals, legal entities, and the state were analyzed. Proposals for further regulation of the digital ruble were formulated.
