The role of civil monitoring in the region’s development

Abstract

All theories of social processes which are connected with a set of modern institutions of democratic capitalism such as parliaments, private companies, free circulation, independent courts, private press and etc. can apply to the facade, covering the oligarchy, corruption and incompetence, as evidenced by the experience of modern Ukraine. In successfully developing country dominate productive social culture on the legal basis and a circle of the social values important for social progress: trust, responsibility and respect for the individual. The aim of this work is to arm the community with tools for forming high-quality social (peer) relations between Government, Business and the Public. On the basis of system and synergetic approach to managing of complex social systems structures (cybernetically methods) and recognition of ergodicityproperties of social and economic phenomena wascreated a method of increasing the efficiency of management of social processes in the region.
