Personality development as the basis for achieving the set goals in professional activity

Abstract

Need of implementation of complex measures for development of the identity of workers empirically and theoretically is proved in article. The attention to versatility of properties of the personality and forms of its manifestation in professional activity is paid. The range of administrative decisions at the enterprises for target maintenance of development of the identity of workers is formulated.
