Legal aid: the right, the responsibility, an opportunity and reality of receiving, the role and place in the mechanism of human rights activity
Abstract
The article is devoted to the comprehensive study of the constitutional rights of citizens to receive qualified legal aid, its place and role in the mechanism of human rights activities. The authors show that the guarantees of realization of constitutional rights of citizens to receive legal assistance, legal self-defense are the one of the foundations of the modern legal state.
