The types and role of healthy social competition in the achievement of professional skills of youth

Abstract

The dynamics of economic transformation has created difficulties in adapting to the economic conditions of young people. In Uzbekistan youth adaptation to the modern sectors of the economy takes place rapidly. Place in employment defines the possibilities of the person in professional self-determination. The labour market plays a key role in the system of labor relations, distribution and redistribution of resources and funds. The interests of employer and employee, pay level, legislation and economic factors affect supply and demand, the volume of the labour market. The labor market reflects the system of social relations, the degree and the time of their development, the relationship between market players; employer, employee and state.
