The study of the organizational culture of the Armed Forces military unit of the Russian Federation
Abstract
The results of the study of organizational culture one of the military units stationed in the Western military district has been analyzed. It was developed the recommendations on improvement of the studied culture. The author proposes to change the organizational culture, giving more attention to clan traits, patriotic education and strong leadership.
