AI-driven socio-technological instruments for public administration

Abstract

According to the author, modern artificial intelligence (AI) technologies radically transform the public administration system, enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and adaptability of decision-making. This article discusses the key socio-technological instruments developed through AI and their impact on public administration processes. An analysis of promising fields of AI application at the interface with social management technologies, including automation of administrative processes, predictive analytics, and personalized interaction with citizens, is performed. A conclusion was made about the need for an integrated approach to the implementation of AI tools, given the socioeconomic consequences and strategic priorities of public policy, based on the latest achievements in the management sociology.
