Abstract

The article presents a sociological analysis of the state and prospects for the development of young people in science in Russia, taking into account modern challenges. Based on an online survey of respondents representing different levels of scientific career, as well as an analysis of secondary data and the use of theoretical methods, the main obstacles to the professional growth of young scientists were identified. The work assesses effectiveness of government measures to support scientific activity and proposes recommendations for their improvement. The study results indicate the need to create an integrated ecosystem combining education, research, and innovation to attract and retain talented young people in science. The data obtained can be used as a basis for making management decisions aimed at increasing the attractiveness of a scientific career and creating favorable conditions for implementing the opportunities of young scientists in Russia.
