Socio-cultural problems of tolerance in the Russian exclave of South-Eastern Baltic

Abstract

Processes of social and cultural dynamics in the Kaliningrad region cannot be understood without consideration of new ways of effective use of available human and material resources, development of cultural strategies to promote policies of cultural integration. Scientific issues of cultural integration in the territory of the Baltic States are always multilayered, but the main ones are the development trends of the socio-cultural situation in a complex geopolitical environment. In these conditions, the Kaliningrad oblast shows miracles of resilience in all areas of humanistic activities, forming the paradigm of peace-building in the land of the southeastern Baltic. Despite the economic difficulties, the region has not changed over the years, his humanistic status. The solution of a complex set of problems, as an internal policy of the Kaliningrad region, and cooperation with neighboring States is the main strategy of cultureware. Despite the change of signs of civilization and permanently changing the geopolitical settings, the cul tural field in the region of South-Eastern Baltic has not changed.
