Investigation of value orientations banking sphere employees
Abstract
The article analyzes the different methods of diagnosis of employee’s value orientations in the context of value-based management theory. The paper deals with the problem of the appropriateness of using existing diagnostics tools in relation to different professional and qualification employees groups. It presents the results of an empirical research of value orientations banking sector employees by the method of M. Rokich modified by V. A. Yadov. It gives a comparative analysis of the revealed differences in the employee’s values hierarchy of different age and vocational qualification groups.
