Formation and development of the distance education - as an important social process (comparative analysis)
Abstract
This article studies the process of formation and development of the distance learning. It investigates the expression of this process in the Education Act. The analysis of the laws on education adopted in South Korea, Germany, Indonesia, Malaysia, Moldova, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation on those points which are directly connected with the organization, development and improvement of system of distance education is carried out. The conditions created for the formation of distance education in Uzbekistan is analyzed. In this work also identifies the need for the development and improvement of distance education as it relates to the requirements for education in certain strata of society. Suggestions and recommendations are also presented to further improve the efficiency of implementation of distance education for different social groups and strata of the population.
