State and legal reforms of the second half of the XIXth to the beginnings of the XXth century and evolution of institutions of the Russian Empire on counteraction to offenses
Abstract
The article examines the problems of the evolution of institutions of the Russian Empire in counteracting violations during the period of state and legal reforms of the second half of the 19th and early 20th centuries. Russia actively uses advanced technologies of developed European states.
