Management of socio-economic processes in the conditions of economy modernization

Abstract

Authors on the basis of use of primary sources and practice of work on a problem of management of social and economic processes have made an attempt to specify the concept “modernization” of historical process and to classify ways of upgrade. The idea expresses that in today's conditions for Russia “modernization” is possible by forming of civil society due to development of a human capital that it is the main thing in education of new generation of Russians.
