Social and technological modelling of managerial innovations: 3D-management as system of reorganizing the processes of human capital’s development in a company

Abstract

Up-to-date sociological and socio-economic models of management lack the complex systemic understanding of significant constraints and capabilities of human resources. 3D-management system allows to dramatically improve the efficiency of the company on the basis of a new model of using available resources. 3D-management is the author’s management approach developed by Serguey Kapitsa, based on his 20 years of experience of consulting within Russian companies and conducting the own business of business-trainings. Technological innovations of successful Western companies, such as Apple or Tesla , are based on a specific governance mechanism, which includes a comprehensive approach to the organization of information flows and the way of involvement existing enterprise’ resources in a new line of action. Through the analysis of errors and achievements made by the leaders of successful Russian companies, as well as the study of the experience of effective Western businesses, the unified model is proposed for innovation in management, reflecting the management as an important facet of the profit creation technology.
