The problem of offences in the field of building and ways of its solution

Abstract

Now in the Russian Federation the quantity of construction objects continuously increases. That is connected with increase of population of the country and increase of its welfare and also with the growth of production capacities. Construction of new buildings is an indicator and, at the same time, an integral part of development of Russia. The concept of long-term socio-economic development in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2020 defines the main purpose of optimization of working conditions aimed at preserving the occupational health and ensure longevity of professional workers in the construction industry. Realization of this goal involves improving the working conditions, effective response to industrial accidents and occupational diseases. The authors performed a content analysis of static data on injuries in manufacturing in general and in the construction of buildings and structures, as well as forensic analysis of criminal offenses in this area related to the safety violation. The features relating to legal documentation, the annual dynamics of accidents at construction sites. Also formed proposals to prevent accidents because of violations of occupational safety requirements.
