Forensic characteristics of road traffic crimes involving car-sharing vehicles

Abstract

The article highlights current issues in modern Russian society related to forensic characteristics of road traffic crimes involving car-sharing vehicles. The authors emphasize the importance of resolving these alerting issues. The article reviews the driver actions and their assessments in certain cases. It also provides the statistics involving these vehicles, and offers recommendations for improving the investigation process
