Abstract
The article deals with scientific approaches to the process of group formation and development. The concept of К. Lewin, B. Tackmen, M. Jensen, M. Kelly is taken under analysys. Particular attention is paid to group dynamics theory. Also we can see the analysis of tention is payd to the fact that the team and working groups are considered an important part of the implementation of project activities. The principles of leadership positions in the group is shown at the article. Also there are the features of role-based approach of R. M. Belbin are taken under consideration. We can see the factors that influence the success of the team. Also there are the results of studies of role profile of the leading teams.

Abstract
The article presents the results of a sociological survey, conducted in 2016 with the financial support of Russian Foundation for Humanities in the framework of the research project «Life trajectories of children and their biological parents, restored their parental rights» № 16-03-00057, in Belgorod and Saratov regions and the Trans-Baikal Territory. The purpose of the survey (expert individual interviews, N = 25) is to analyze conditions of social orphanhood as a reason of termination of parental rights. The main social risks were the following: neglect; shifting responsibility for the childcare to others because of the labor migration; reduction in the number of social services for families and children; reorganization of rural schools.

Abstract
Reforming the health care system needs to by founded on the strategic vision withforecasting the prospects of development of society, from the standpoint of identifying the key factors determining the dynamics of public health. Structural features of the health system reflect in the form of a fixed institutional specificity, formed on the sociocultural basis of social attitudes and values of Russian citizens about their health. In the context of the knowledge economy and global competitiveness of the human capital, it is necessary to adapt the conceptual model of regulation, including both administrative and managerial changes in the quality and efficiency of the health system, as well as a profound change in the perception of the value of health of the population.

Abstract
In article features of interaction of business structures and the higher school in the youth labor market in Russia are analyzed. Interaction of the higher school and business for the purpose of the problem resolution of employment of youth was researched by means of a method of expert poll of competent representatives of the above-stated subjects of the youth labor market. The main forms of interaction of business and universities in Russia have been revealed. Authors have come to a conclusion that now strengthening of interaction of universities and business structures concerning employment of graduates begins.

Abstract
In article the basic conceptual provisions of Marxist approach to the analysis of private property are allocated. The provision is proved that the leading object of private property from the point of view of Marxism is the additional product. This product is the reason for fight between social groups for the right of its assignment. Regulations on historical nature of private property, and also regulations on connection of its evolution with development of the commodity relations are noted.

Abstract
The article are researched the opinions of scientists and experts in action of the principle of protection of the rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen in the conditions of a special order of judicial proceedings. The most debatable aspects are analyzed: the need of consent receipt of the victim to the conclusion with suspected (defendant) of the pre-judicial agreement on cooperation (JAC ); the possibility of conclusion of JAC along with several accused (suspects), made responsible on one criminal case; the need of an explanation of the rights and duties to suspected (defendant) about a possibility of the conclusion of JAC . Conclusion about lack of a consensus about action of the principles of criminal trial in case of the conclusion of JAC about cooperation is reasoned that demonstrates debatability of the studied questions in law-enforcement practice. The conclusion about need of introduction by the legislator of the amendments directed to elimination of shortcomings of practice of application of the norms provided by chapter 40.1 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation is drawn.
