SOCIAL PROBLEMS OF A SOCIETY
The presented study addresses the problems of managing the relationships between the participants of the educational process. The study uses analysis of statistical data, publications in mass media, expert assessment, and general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction) to identify changes in the status of the participants of the educational process that affect the development of their relationships. It is established that the importance of school education results decreases while the value of education in modern society grows. The quality of school education can be improved through the transition from subject-object relationships between the participants of the educational process to inter-subject relationships.
This article examines the attitude of the host population of St. Petersburg to migrants. Studying the attitudes of the host society, the population of St. Petersburg, allows us to reveal the completeness of the process of adaptation and integration of migrants. The article compares the results of two surveys of St. Petersburg residents conducted by the authors in 2012 and 2020. Social distance, attitudes towards migrants, and opinions on the integration of migrants are analyzed in the article.
The problem of the discrimination of people with disabilities remains being an urgent social problem. Misunderstanding of the meaning of this problem by others results in a situation when invalid’s level of life cannot be equal to a healthy person’s level of life. This article raises the issue of ableism in order to explore the idea of barrier-free environment integration. The results of a social survey are demonstrating a good level of respondent’s awareness concerning this problem and their will to participate in a discussion and taking of measures for the integration of a barrier-free environment with the intention to raise the invalid’s level of life.
The article examines changes in the life space of individuals in an extreme situation caused by the covid19 pandemic. It is shown that the pandemic situation actualizes reflection on the spatial parameters of everyday life of citizens. This situation initiates a revision of the significance of direct interpersonal contacts in different spheres of life of the population. For the analysis of remote work practices, the material of the CovidFOM Project was used, according to which these practices covered more than 10 % of the urban population of Russia during the lockdown period. It is shown that these practices problematize the concepts of workplace and working time, increasing the functional load on the home.
The article focuses on the assessment of factors of spreading narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances for non-medical purposes in the youth environment, identified on the basis of data obtained during the monitoring of the drug situation conducted annually in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. When analyzing the spread of narcotic drugs in the territory, the factors contributing to a change in the drug situation in the supply and demand for drugs are assessed; the importance of work on the formation of a negative attitude of young people to drugs is shown. Conclusions are presented regarding the most significant factors of drug addiction in the youth environment in modern conditions.
The article studies the development of sociological opinions on the definition and signs of manipulation within the framework of the theory of manipulation of consciousness. The study of manipulation of consciousness has been a popular and relevant topic of many scientific sociological studies since the second half of the XX century. There are many fundamental and applied works on this topic, in which manipulation is studied from the points of view of social political science, social psychology, social philosophy and sociology particularly in its sections like sociology of culture, sociological processes, sociology of management.
The article examines the features of the influence of the distance learning format on the motivation of undergraduate students to study in higher education programs. The analysis of scientific discourse on the topic of student motivation is carried out. The studies of distance education have been analyzed. An empirical study aimed at identifying changes in the motivation of students and the characteristic features of these changes has been carried out. The negative influence of distance education on the motivation of students to study has been revealed. A forecast of the further development of distance education and its role in the development of the institution of higher education in general has been made.
THE LAW IN A STATE AND PERSON LIFE
The article is devoted to the study of the influence of information resources on such a category of citizens as minors. The work uses scientific works of foreign scientists on this topic and domestic specialists. An analysis was conducted on the criteria of administrative offenses committed by minors, as well as on the criteria of the impact of information technologies on the Commission of an offense by minors. Some aspects of the Internet that negatively affect minors have been identified.
This article is generally devoted to one of the most relevant topics of family law — deprivation of parental rights. The characteristic, specific features inherent in this legal institution are highlighted. The article analyzes the materials of judicial practice, draws conclusions on the practice of applying the deprivation of parental rights measures of family legal responsibility.
The article deals with the specific features of the presumption of innocence principle and the problems of its implementation in Russia and the United States of America, as well as theoretical issues of this concept. The materials of practice reflecting violations of the principle of presumption of innocence are presented, and various opinions of legal scholars on the implementation of the principle of presumption of innocence are given. Examples from practice are analyzed, including cases that have a high public profile: the criminal case against two football players Pavel Mamaev and Alexander Kokorin, the decision of the Strasbourg European Court of human rights in the case “Fedorenko V. Russia” and the criminal case of the famous American producer Harvey Weinstein. The article analyzes the “plea bargain” that is used in the United States of America. The problems of implementing the principle of presumption of innocence and ways to solve them are outlined.
The article examines the norms of international law and the legislation of the EU countries. The list of main provisions of constitutional and legal restrictions in the European Union countries is presented. The application of the norms is described Human rights conventions. The principle of implementing legal acts in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic is considered. A comparative analysis of legal restrictive measures in the States of the European Union is carried out.
The article is devoted to the analysis of judicial practice as the basis of law-making activity in the Russian Federation, on the basis of which it is possible to create a precedent. Case law in Russia is Advisory in nature and is not mandatory for law enforcement practice. Courts use the signs of case law in their decisions in the reasoned part. Signs of case law is a ruling of the constitutional court of the Russian Federation and regulations of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
The article deals with the issues of interaction of state bodies of the EAEU member States in the field of migration. The author specifies the main forms of cooperation between the state bodies of the EAEU member States in the field of protection of human and civil rights and freedoms on migration issues. Based on the analysis, it is proposed to create a unified information base for segmentation of vacancies in the labor market of the EAEU.
The article considers the reasons for the formation of asymmetry in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The research is focused on the relations between the Russian Federation and its subjects during the formation of the modern Russian state. This period, according to the author, covers the period from the introduction of the “perestroika” policy in the USSR to the beginning of the 2000s. The author studies the works of domestic and foreign experts on the stated issues. The author believes that the asymmetry of the subjects of the Russian Federation is based on an uneven distribution of economic benefits. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the author’s conclusions are a synthesis of not only formal legal, but also applied and analytical economic research.
