Abstract
The article substantiates the need for the family relations system to consciously and responsibly disseminate ideas, values, attitudes in the professional and social activities of young people. It has been theoretically and empirically proven that it is in the family that a unified sociocultural, moral, and professional space is formed, in which self-determination and value orientation of young people take place. Attention is drawn to the need of analysis the level of parental competence issues of youth labor education and the role of family members expectations in the social and professional structure of Russian society.

Abstract
The results and interpretations of a sociological research devoted to the study of the students healthy lifestyle state of the St. Petersburg University discusses in the article. The socio-psychological component of the sports values activity is analyzed. The purpose of physical education and higher education in higher education is to preserve and strengthen the student’s health. We interviewed students of Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics and Leningrad State University by A.S. Pushkin in order to identify the social characteristics of health. Analysis of the results of a sociological researches showed that for most students’ health is a value in the modern labor market conditions. Most of the students surveyed are committed to physical education and the correct day’s mode. The good heredity and genes, proper nutrition and a good ecological situation are factors, contributing to the preservation of good health.

Abstract
The article demonstrates the conclusions of the author's sociological research conducted in order to identify and assess conflicts in the interaction of teachers and students in modern schools. The results of the survey are interpreted taking into account such indicators as gender, age, material component of the student's family. The analysis identified types of conflicts, given the percentage of places where these conflicts occur. The reaction of schoolchildren to this or that action of the teacher is investigated. The results of indirect experience of students in conflicts of this kind are also presented. Measures for minimization of conflict situations between the teacher and the pupil are offered.

Abstract
Young people are the most capable layer of any society as a socio-demographic layer. There are over 2 billion people in the world of young people under the age of 30 (the official upper limit of that category), which accounts for about 30 percent of the world's demos. Uzbekistan is one of the few countries where the share of this group exceeds 60 percent and all opportunities are created for its free movement from one social group to another. This article analyzes some of the trends in social movement in the conditions of Uzbekistan’s transition to market relations.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the econom-sociological dimension of the consumer budget in modern China. The purpose of this article is to analyze the characteristics of the economy-sociological dimension of the consumer budget in modern China. The article presents an analysis of the revenue and expenditure portions of the personal budgets of residents of modern China, based on the use of official statistical data submitted by the National Bureau of Statistics of the PRC. The article concludes that the modern consumer budget of an average Chinese resident allows him (her) to carry out his social and cultural development.

Abstract
The urgency of the problem of labor motivation of the teaching staff is confirmed by the increased attention of foreign scientists, as evidenced by the increase in the number of studies on this topic. Teachers should be motivated, their job satisfaction and a positive psychological climate are crucial in achieving high performance for the entire institution. This article analyzed 19 studies of foreign scientists on the topic of labor motivation of teaching staff. The results of scientific research are compared and the analysis is carried out to cover the understanding of the labor motivation of teachers. Our review provided a synthesis of research related to teacher motivation, job satisfaction, and PsyCap. A link was established between the PsyCap indicator and job satisfaction. This analysis can help educational institutions to assess the level of satisfaction of the teaching staff and develop management decisions in the field of work motivation. This literature review is designed to study research related to PsyCap work and teacher motivation, given that both designs play a crucial role in teacher motivation - we expect this review to be useful for developing research work educator motivation and will provide comprehensive knowledge of the relationship between the two most important variables in the organizational field, i. e. work motivation and satisfaction.

Abstract
Disclosure of the peculiarities of the legal status of the individual in a legal state, is one of the most important areas of the modern theory of law. In the context of this problem, on the basis of studying materials from the history of political and legal thought, the article reveals the features of the interpretation of the concept of “legal status of a person” in the history of the law of the post-Soviet period. Moreover, the article presents the views of many well-known jurists on the development of the concept of “legal status”. The article also discusses the impact of social and legal phenomena on the legislative consolidation of individual rights in the Republic of Armenia.

Abstract
The article clarifies the potential role and importance of the methodology for modern jurisprudence. It is noted that modern methodological criteria are an important and very universal rational tool for assessing both the quality of scientific projects and the novelty of the scientific results. It is shown that the awareness of scientists and experts of the methodological prerequisites of their scientific work contributes to the understanding of the advantages of a particular approach, understanding the uniqueness of a particular scientific school, as well as the limitations of the current methodological tradition in the study of the same topic. The authors are convinced that for the further development of scientific research in the field of law and the state, it is necessary to move from traditional cognitive paradigms, set by samples of authoritative research and examples of well - known publications, to the conscious construction of methodological programs - on the basis of the methodological culture that has developed in the history of science, which originates it develops in a peculiar way in the context of human history.

Abstract
The legal regulation of filing electronic documents in Russian courts of general jurisdiction needs to be improved, as evidenced by the practical problems and difficulties that the courts themselves and participants in legal proceedings face in this area. The improvement of the legal institution under consideration should be aimed at solving a two-pronged task: ensuring accessibility and justice and increasing the efficiency of the judicial organization, which presupposes an integrated consideration of the interrelated aspects: procedural, technological, administrative and organizational and administrative nature.

Abstract
This article explores the establishment and legal regulation of employment and tackling unemployment in Russian labour legislation in the first half of the 1920s and in German labour legislation in the first half of the 1930s. The author analyses and compares the labour legislation of the USSR and the Third Reich. The research indicates that the labour legislation of the countries has a number of common characteristics as well as a number of distinctive specificities. The article also concludes that the legal approaches of the Third Reich to resolving unemployment had greater effectiveness and efficiency as compared with the legal approaches of the Soviet Union.
