The article is devoted to the question of effective activity of the social organizations by way of the influencing factors on it. The author scores the factors of efficiency of activity of the social organization. Also the author gives criteria and indicators of assessment of such efficiency. The necessity for the head of the social organization to consider all set of factors at creation of effective activity is proved.

This article reviews the problem of providing one of the main components of the communicative process։ the construction of effective feedback. This article considers the essence of PR communication models, history of implementation and development of the concept “feedback” in the context of different models. The article discusses definitions of the concept “feedback”, presents functions and types of feedback, as well as classifies prevalent communication barriers and conditions for providing feedback. This article also considers main principles and conditions building organizational communications. Their role in providing effective organizational feedback with audiences is analyzed as well.

The article analyzes the strategies of the behavior of a large Russian company forming a monotown in the youth labor market. There are two main strategies: 1) the opening and supervising of a profile university in a monotown with the guarantee of employment of the entire output in the enterprise; 2) the opening and supervising of the master's program in a profile university with compulsory completion by graduates at the specified enterprise within a specified period of time. The advantages and disadvantages of these strategies are analyzed in the context of the Russian youth labor market, as well as their importance for solving the problems of youth employment.

In conditions of social and economic crisis, the demographic situation in any country (industrialized, medium developed, agrarian) will deteriorate. Even in agrarian countries, where traditionally high birth rates, in times of economic crisis and social instability, the death rate of the population sharply increases, especially children’s. The famine and accompanying epidemics of infectious diseases cause mass mortality of the population and a sharp increase in social tension. In turn, in relation to the economy, the population is both a producer and a consumer of material goods and services. This two-way dependency causes the complexity and inconsistency of these relationships. At the same time, the population can not exist outside the economy, and the economy can not exist without the population.

Higher professional education nowadays is a principal social institution that is responsible for reproduction of managerial labor force for organizations. Sociological approach to this problem helps to analyze the situation in detail and to develop new vocational education technologies.

At the present stage of the development of society - in the age of total informatization, public consciousness is largely predetermined by the influence of the mass media - the media. The ubiquitous spread of the media now has a huge impact on the formation of public consciousness, especially among a social group such as youth. One of the possible definition of socialization of property is offered in the article. The author considers the main approaches relating to studying of this category. Also the analysis of social and economic phenomena, faithful with a concept of socialization of property and allowing to reveal the main characteristics of the given phenomenon within social and economic development of society is carried out.

The article presents modern scientific approaches to the study of the process of managing the professional mobility of young people. The importance of regulation of the process of professional mobility is considered, the purpose of which is the successful adaptation of young people to labor market conditions. At the end of the article, based on an analysis of the main theoretical sources on the problem under study, an author’s definition of the concept of “managing the professional mobility of youth” was proposed.

Article is devoted to changes in the social policy pursued by the Russian Federation concerning regulation of work of the foreign citizens who are temporarily staying in the Russian Federation and who arrived by visafree order in Russia. Changes are shown on the example of transition by the Russian Federation from uses of the mechanism of quoting of work permits to system of patents. Key distinctions between the mechanism of quoting of work permits and system of patents are defined. Specified and reasoned problems of the mechanism of quoting, which caused the mechanism not to reflect the objective needs of labor market for a foreign manpower. Shortcomings of system of patents, including regarding the used mechanisms of restriction of number of the working foreign citizens are described, offered ways of permission of the revealed shortcomings. Besides, for simplification and rationalization of use of foreign labor it is offered to create electronic labor exchange. Combining the use of an electronic labor exchange and the quota fixed only by the state, according to the authors, should reduce the burden on the state apparatus, employers will be able to quickly and easily attract workers, foreigners will be easier to find work and their rights will be less disturbed.

In the article the main theoretical and practical issues of preparation for the release of convicts from places of deprivation of liberty are analyzed. The author carefully analyzes each of the directions of social, pedagogical and psychological work carried out in the FCS “VC” of the FSIN of Russia with adolescents convicted in preparing them for release from prison. It was identified and analyzed problem questions on the implementation of preparations for the release of a pupil of the colony. A sociological survey was carried out and generalized in 2014-2017, conclusions are drawn on the results of the completed author’s research. The author’s interpretation of the basic scientific concept “Tolerance” is offered.

In article the problems connected to national statehood of Uzbekistan are researched. Centuries-old experience of development of statehood in the territory of the modern Uzbekistan shows existence of interest to further state development of the country. The complex analysis promoting determina tion of the directions of upgrade of the state, increase in efficiency of government is carried out. At the same time, the author marks that evolution of statehood of any country shall be considered today taking into account gain of universal interdependency and correlation which in the modern conditions acquired unprecedented value.
