The article analyzes the position of the Ukrainian refugees/migrants who arrived in the Russian Federation because of the military-political developments in Ukraine. The article is devoted to consideration of features of the social memory of history teachers depending on generational differences. The article deals with the definition of the categories “social memory”, “generation” in sociological tradition and presents examples of studies of differences in attitudes and values among representatives of different generations. On the basis of own research “Social memory of history teachers in the process of transformation of school historical education” the author makes a conclusion about the peculiarities of the social memory of teachers and analyzes the impact of generational aspect to the attitude to the his torical past of history teachers of all ages differences.

This article examines how a work permit, patent and permission to attract and employ foreign workers impact the substance and dynamics of labor relations between the Russian employer and the foreign citizen. The aim. To make a legal regulation analysis and drawn a conclusions about the impact of regulations governing employment of foreign citizens over the substance of labor relations with the foreign citizen. The objects. To characterize dispositive facts, that influencing on the labor relations with foreign citizens, to estimate consequences of their influence on the labor relations with foreign citizens, to consider some problems arising in case of involvement of foreign citizens to a labor activity. The methods of scientific cognition were used for the purpose of determining the questions connected with involvement of foreign citizens to a labor activity are revealed gaps and legal uncertainty in legal regulation of employment relationships with foreign citizens. The results. The author provides specific examples of courts’ decisions and scholarly papers concerning the issue in question. The author analyzes changes in legal treatment of labor relations with foreign citizen that resulted from enactment of the Federal Law as of 24.11.2014 No 357-FL “On Amendments of Federal Law “On legal status of foreign citizens in Russian Federation” and Certain Legislative Acts of Russian Federation” and Federal Law as of 01.12.2014 No 409-FL “On the enactment of Labor Code of Russian Federation and on the Article 13 of Federal Law “On legal status of foreign citizens in Russian Federation”. The author analyses the following issues: the timing when employment relationship with foreign citizens starts, distinctions between the moment of contract signing and the moment of hiring foreign employee, the term of employment contract, specific aspects of employment contract termination. The conclusions. The author concludes that the impact of regulations governing employment of foreign citizens has a crucial influence over the substance of labor relations with the foreign citizen; therefore all existing legal gaps shall be eliminated.

Now in the Russian Federation the quantity of construction objects continuously increases. That is connected with increase of population of the country and increase of its welfare and also with the growth of production capacities. Construction of new buildings is an indicator and, at the same time, an integral part of development of Russia. The concept of long-term socio-economic development in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2020 defines the main purpose of optimization of working conditions aimed at preserving the occupational health and ensure longevity of professional workers in the construction industry. Realization of this goal involves improving the working conditions, effective response to industrial accidents and occupational diseases. The authors performed a content analysis of static data on injuries in manufacturing in general and in the construction of buildings and structures, as well as forensic analysis of criminal offenses in this area related to the safety violation. The features relating to legal documentation, the annual dynamics of accidents at construction sites. Also formed proposals to prevent accidents because of violations of occupational safety requirements.

The article deals with general and special laws and regulations pertaining to the activities of Islamic organizations in the Russian Federation - the secular law and demographically multicultural and multi-confessional state. The most notable contradictions that contribute to “informal” nature of Islamic organizations are revealed. Proposal on cooperation of governmental structures with Islamic organizations promote to the unity, but not split the community are offered.
